Profile Optimization questions
Do you need my Upwork password?
No. BidStaff never logs in to Upwork. You read your own profile page with the extension (or paste its text) and copy the result back yourself.
What if I do not use the extension?
Open your profile, select all, copy and paste the text into the Profile Optimization page in the app. The extension only makes that step one click.
What are the revisions?
You get 2 free revisions per credit. They work for the same Upwork profile only, which is why we ask for your profile link. To optimize a different profile, use a new credit.
Can I use it for my agency profile?
Yes. Read the agency profile page the same way and add its link.
Where are my results saved?
In your account, under Profile Optimization. Every version stays there, so you can see what changed.
Do I need a subscription?
No. It is a one-time payment. If you also want proposals and job checks every month, pick a plan on the pricing page.
Will this get me more jobs?
A profile that matches what clients search for gets found more often, but replies still depend on your work, rates and proposals. We do not promise results.
